Murder At Dawn Body of murdered lady found dumped on the roadside in Delta

A pretty young lady has been murdered and her body dumped beside a roadside in Ughelli community in Delta State.

Residents of Ughelli town in Delta State have been thrown into shock following the discovery of the body of a pretty young lady identified as Amrasa Sophia Odirin, dumped by a roadside.

 According to reports, Odirin was allegedly murdered by unknown persons suspected to be ritualists after she disappeared a few days earlier only for her body to be discovered on the roadside.

A friend of the deceased, Regina Osiaje who posted the incident and photos on her Facebook wall, Odirin was strangled to death by the unknown persons and her body was discovered in the early hours of the day.

"Oh life, is dis really wat u hold for us? Where humans will kill their fellow human for money n end their race of life untimely?

Amrasa Odirin, my friend, is dis how u left without saying goodbye? Oh Jesus, wat a cruel world! I still remembered u calling me to quarrel me for not inviting to my bday party.

I never knew dat will b d last call I will receive from u. It's still like a dream. Ur death is a big blow to us ur friends n family.

Ur killers think dey are free. As far God is existing, may they never go unpunished. Dey will meet with their ends speedily. My dear, rest well till we all shall meet at d feet of our Lord Jesus."

Other friends of the deceased also went to her wall to post their condolences:

Dedekuma Jeremiah Ufuoma: "We know that we cannot escape death but one has to leave at a rightful age and under normal circumstances but yours came too early. A friend and a very good neighbor back then in Peace Hostel, Ozoro. RIP Amrasa Odirin."

Anthony Ogaga Makamre: "May your soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in perfect peace, Amen."

Joseph Ebateri: "Death shall swallow the killer, his family n everything around him/her in a miserable way."

Jessica Abavo: "Jesus wat a pain.... human being are evil ........they see odirin body na ..BT d killer dem nor go see e body burial."

Franca Awhareanovwe Eghomi: "Ediri what a wicked world. My 1st daughter, so this is how you left. You have been with me through thick and thin. So this was how you were killed. May those people find no peace.

Because the bible said he will pay the sins of the father to their fourth generation. Ediri don't rest, roll those that did this to you to suffer and die. Goodbye, my daughter."
