The already record-breaking game has made more money than even the Star Wars franchise since its release nearly five years ago.
Grand Theft Auto V's takings are reported to have topped $6bn (£4.2bn) - more than double the highest-grossing films ever.
The video game, which is set in the fictional state
of San Andreas, came out in September 2013 but remains popular following
the release of downloadable content packs.
